2.1 Agent Implementation Overview

There are a few things to check before you begin to use the system. These will allow you to be fully setup in the system before you start using its functionalities. 

Workbench: The place where all of your blocks and global settings are found. This is the first screen you see when you log into the system. 


Block Area: Individual Block information that is related to one specific block so you just login to the block to access this area. 

To access this, use the login in button that is displayed in the Workbench:


You will then be taken inside the block where all the information sits:

Knowledge Base (KB): This is an online user guide that contain articles to the system but also contains screenshots, documents and some even contain a video tutorials. Can be found at the bottom of the Workbench or on the top right hand side of the menu.

This can be accessed from the Workbench at the bottom of the Workbench called Help/Support:
