3.4.9 Bank Statement

3.4.9 Bank Statement

The system allows you to check the bank statement of all your bank accounts across all your blocks. Here you can see the opening balance and closing balance of each account as well. It has its transactions listed with a running balance. The end record's running balance (in the picture below: £12,315.00) is basically the closing balance of that bank account in that block (Ram's Hill).
The transaction is also labelled with an R on the reconciled column if it has been reconciled and P if it is partially reconciled. This report is in compliance with ARMA regulations.
You can then use the Excel and PDF buttons to have the transactions listed and generate a report or an Excel spreadsheets with the opening balance as of the From date.

It then allows you to see the Details of each transaction as well. If the transaction is reconciled (partial reconciled transaction don't have the details) then the reconciliation details are displayed here as well:

You also have a Delete button.
There is a criteria however which needs to be passed for the system to allow you to delete a transaction. You cannot delete a transaction if:
  1. the transaction is partially or fully reconciled
  2. matched to a demand
  3. matched to a supplier invoice
Once you click on confirm, the transaction will be deleted completley from the system.
