3.5.1 Settings Overview

Accessed via the Workbench -> Gear/Cog icon on the top right hand side.

These are all the global settings for you as the managing agent on the system.

It is not ideal to have everyone access this screen and should really be looked after by someone who overlooks the business such as the Director or Managing Director. 
This screen can be restricted to some users - when creating users, you are presented with an option to pick a standard user or a superuser.
The superuser will be able to access the settings screen and the standard user will not be able to. 

There are several tabs on this screen which allow you to make the necessary changes required across the system:
