4.8.2 Health & Safety Settings

You are able to create multiple different types of H&S assessment for your company e.g. H&S Risk Assessment, Asbestos Survey, Legionella Risk Assessment, Electrical Installation Condition Report. For each type of assessment you will need to specify the default re-inspection frequency and whether or not a re-inspection is mandatory. Note: In most instances a re-inspection will be mandatory.
Access from the Workbench using the Agent Preferences 'cog' located in the top right of the screen. Then click on the Health & Safety tab.

The assessments you create on this screen are the ones that appear in the Block Area. It allows you to Reorder as well to keep it organised on this screen. Once the assessments are created, you can track them using the H&S Dashboard which is found in the Workbench under Reporting -> H&S Summary.

The settings for the H&S Dashboard can be altered via the Agent Preferences tab and then Health & Safety.

Here you can set the number of days that the system will use to give the different warning indicators in the H&S Summary screen ( 4.8.4 Workbench - H&S Summary).
