5.3.2 Agent Messages

5.3.2 Agent Messages

Accessed via the Workbench -> Property Portal -> Agent Messages.
This screen will allow you to post a one way message into the Property Portal which unit holders can see. This is often used for events such as office hours during festive periods or emergency messages.

If you then click on [Add New] you will be able to add your message. It will allow you to set an expiry date on the message as well so it doesn't stay there even after Christmas.
You can decide whether you wish to have the message across all blocks like in this example or just a few specific ones. There is also an option to upload any attachments in case a document needs to be loaded.

If there are existing messages then these will appear as soon as you come into this screen with some basic info like when it expires and for which blocks.
You can then view the message in more details by clicking on [View]

In the view mode, you are able to [Update] the details of the message or you can [Delete]

For a unit holder, if their preference is to receive an email whenever an agent posts a message, then the message will also be emailed to them. More info on this KB article relating to preferences:
