5.3.3 Block Posts

5.3.3 Block Posts

Accessed via the Workbench -> Property Portal -> Block Posts
This screen is similar to the Agent Messages screen, except it is a two way system where the unit holders can comment and communicate with the agent.
Unit holders can also add their own posts which the agent sees from within the Portal.

You firstly have to choose the block you wish to add or view posts for and then click Search

If you click on [Add Post] you are able to create a post just like the agent messages.

You can then see the Post on the Block Posts screen. If you click on [View] , you can then see the details of that post as well as Add Comment, Update, Delete and change the Expiry Date.

Any updates done to the Post will notify the unit holder if they have chosen to be notified in their Property Portal. Any comments added can be deleted as well , in case some are inappropriate or incorrect.
