This screen is used to record key information relating to assets at the property (e.g. access control, utilities, fire equipment, lifts, etc
Access via the menu option: the block -> block asset details
Some key information that can be recorded on this screen are the Building Risk information relating to PEEPS.
It becomes a legal requirement for agents to ensure that all people in higher risk buildings who have access issues are identified and have a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP), The PEEP needs to be reviewed at least annually or when circumstances change.
The details can then be pulled into a report called Block Asset Details within the Block reports screen
