Blocks Online provides support 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Sending an email with your query, creates a ticket and this allows us to look into the issue before you attempt to call us.
We aim to resolve your ticket within 1 working day but some may take longer if they require a more in-depth analysis.
If this is the case, then we will make sure to update you accordingly.
If your ticket is in relation to a 'how-to' request, then we strongly recommend that you have a look at our Knowledge Base first before attempting to call us.
The knowledge base contains information on all parts of the system and has screenshots and videos on most of them to help you further (We are adding more and more as we go along to improve this).
It is also structured in a way to act like a step by step guide so please follow in number order as well.
If you use the search function and the relevant article doesn't appear then please try to narrow down your search. For example if you have a query on how to record a receipt in the block area, then click on the block area section and slowly narrow down to the relevant article.
We would love to help out all our clients whenever possible when it comes to phone calls but are limited due to resources and availability. If there are loads of 'how-to' queries, it is always beneficial to undertake training (either at an ad-hoc basis or modular training) which can be recorded for you to re-watch any time. We may often recommend this if a lot of the tickets that are coming in are relating to questions on the system. More info on our support policy is attached.
