6.1.3 Ticket Type

Tickets created are able to be assigned a Ticket Type description which are set-up and stored in the Agent Preferences area of the Workbench:


You can Add your own ticket type descriptions, Edit or Delete default ticket type descriptions and Reorder the ticket types so that they are presented in the preferred sequence you would like to select when Creating A New Ticket or if you wish to amend a ticket type assigned to an existing Ticket.
