8.4 History

8.4 History

Accessed via the Workbench menu: Agent Management -> Distribution Manager -> History
The History tab shows all documents/emails that have been distributed from the system.
These include:
  1. demands/fee collections
  2. credit control letters
  3. bulk email distribution
  4. quotation and work orders

A document can be returned to the Queue using the 'Return to Queue' function. This would be useful if they have been accidentally removed off the queue.
There is also a Merge PDF's option to get a single download of the ticked documents.
Bulk Emails can't be merged.
The Zip PDF's option creates a zip file with the ticked individual documents if there are any.
