6.1.2 Integration to the Leaseholder Portal

The ticketing system is integrated to the Leaseholder Portal:
  • The Agent is able to publish tickets to Leaseholders, which they can view in the Portal or receive via email
  • The Agent is able to publish updates / comments regarding the tickets
  • Leaseholders are able to use the ‘Report a problem’ feature in the Portal which will automatically raise a ticket
  • Leaseholders can add comments to tickets
  • Agents can maintain a conversation with individual Leaseholders or the Management Team using the ticket function.
