This screen provides the user with an overview of their service charge and ground rent account. Demands are listed, as are the receipts recorded. Users can print view own account statement.
The top right corner has an option to allow leaseholders to switch to another property they own. They are then able to view the account of the chosen property
NOTE: If the unit holder belongs to multiple units from multiple blocks or even multiple managing agents, then a warning is displayed to make sure that they pay into the respective bank account relevant to the right property:
The 'Switch Property' is only applicable if you have actually logged into the Portal. It will not work when you use the Login as Leaseholder function in the Workbench under the Portal menu.
