3.4.4 Post Income / Post Expenditure
Post Income
The Post Income screen allows for receipts/bank interest to be manually recorded across the block accounts and the 'Group' accounts within the system without having to log into the block itself.
Accessed via the Workbench menu option -> Finance -> Accounts Receivable
You can do a search on the Bank Account drop-down as well to find the relevant bank account where you wish to post the income.
Post Expenditure
The Post Expenditure screen allows for payments/bank charges to be manually recorded across the block accounts and the 'Group' accounts within the system without having to log into the block itself.
Accessed via the Workbench menu option -> Finance -> Accounts Payable
You can do a search on the Bank Account drop-down as well to find the relevant bank account where you wish to post the expenditure.
