7.4.1 Bulk Processing - Letter 2 Introduction

The Letter 2 bulk processing facility provides for the automatic generation of a second reminder letter where a first reminder letter has been produced, but no second reminder.

(This facility only operates for Service Charge cases.)

Access via the menu option: Credit Control -> Letter 2 Production
