How to access Blocks Online

1.2 How to Access Blocks Online

Access to the Blocks Online system is via the 'Login' option on the Blocks Online web-site - www.blocksonline.co.uk

Alternatively you can access the site directly via the domain www.myblockonline.co.uk/superadmin
(Before using the system, users should allow ‘pop-ups’ through their web browser for the Blocks Online web-site.)

The system itself is divided into two distinct areas:
The Workbench
The Workbench provides access to agent-wide activities e.g. registering new blocks, the ticketing system (if you are subscribed to the ticketing module), credit control (if you are subscribed to the credit control module), reporting and setting-up agent-wide data (e.g. suppliers).

The Block Area
The Block Area provides access to all of the information and activities relating to the management of a single block. This area is accessed from the Workbench.

You may notice that on both the areas, there is a Help / Support button at the bottom of the page. :

If you click on this then you are presented with a side panel which opens up on the right hand side. This contains help and support when it comes to questions relating to the system.

There are various features on this and below is a breakdown of those features.
Search - allows you to search for a question and the relevant Knowledge Base (user guide to the system) article will be shown:

Then you have 3 features that are part of this enhanced support:
1. Knowledge Base - Here you see all the articles relating to the system. If you click into each of them, you will see all the sub articles and then there is also an option on the top right to take you into the Knowledge Base itself:

2. Tickets
If you can't find something on any of the articles in the Knowledge Base, you can send our support team a ticket. This will then email support and they can actively help you with your query.
We do advise that you come into the Knowledge Base first before sending a ticket as majority of the How-To questions are covered there.
3. Chat
Here you can chat to our chat-bot which will prompt you to the relevant Knowledge Base article. If your query can not be found then the chat bot will ask you to send a ticket:

You can also click at the bottom of the footer to access these 3 features.

Then you have Popular articles and Recent Articles:
