3.5.14 Land Registry Imports
Accessed via Workbench -> Settings -> Land Registry Imports tab - see screenshot below
This function does come with a charge which is detailed below in the pricing. Please be aware when switching on:
The retrieval cost for each title is £7.50 +vat, which includes the HM Land Registry fee of £7.00 plus a 50p processing charge for using this service within Blocks Online.
We will aggregate the total cost of each title retrieved during the month and add this amount to the following monthly invoice we send you.

Turning this on will give you an option in the block area under the unit details to search HMLR for a Title using the unit’s address.
The system automatically tries a series of intelligent search patterns and then, if needed, allows you to refine the search in a dedicated Land Registry Title Search screen.
When an “Immediate” title is available, you can order it directly from the search results. The PDF and structured title data are retrieved from HMLR, stored in our document management service, and the key title details (title number, proprietors, tenure, edition date, etc.) are written back to the Titles table and surfaced on the Unit Details screen.
