3.4.14 SCOAP Accountants

This is ONLY for SCOAP users (for more info on this please contact our Support Team: support@blocksonline.co.uk)
Accessed via the Workbench -> Finance -> Service Charge Accounts
This menu option allows you to add accountants and link them to SCOAP. You are able to then allocate the relevant blocks to these accounts as well to process their service charge accounts. 
There are options within this menu structure:

SCOAP Accountants
On this screen you can add an accountant which can be linked to SCOAP via a public key (unique text for SCOAP). The public key will be provided by your SCOAP user/accountant from the SCOAP system. 
Once you have obtained this public key, you can paste it after clicking on [Add Accountant] and establish the link between Blocks Online and SCOAP. 


Now you can allocate blocks' financial years to this accountant and when that happens the information is set from Blocks Online to SCOAP for that accountant so they can log in and see the information. 

Service Charge Accounts
This is the screen where you allocate the blocks' financial years to the SCOAP accountant. More info on this article: 3.4.15 Service Charge Accounts
