9.2 Devices screen display
The main Blocks Online account screens in the Workbench and Block area display best on a PC, Tablet or Monitor, which was by design as most of the system usage by our clients requires lots of information to be displayed and interacted with on a day to day basis.
While the system has been designed to be 'screen responsive' and fit information onto the relevant screen size, you will find that Mobile Phones, which have a much smaller screen size are not as good for displaying lots of information on one screen. If you do use a mobile phone to access the main Workbench and Block area screens i.e. Ticketing, then it is advisable to check how each screen displays on your particular Mobile Phone in either Portrait or Landscape mode and change between the two modes when on a particular screen to give you the best option for viewing and interacting with it.
The Leaseholder Portal screens display well on all device types including Mobile Phones as generally there is less information displayed on each screen.
